Do you have parts for Ducati Twins ?

No, Classic Ducati only specialises in parts for Ducati narrow & wide case singles.

The website contains our most up to date prices.

If I register on the website, what details do you keep, and why ?

Classic Ducati only keeps the contact details that you enter - name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is kept in the strictest of confidence according to the Data Protection Act. It is only ever used in relation to your orders or queries with Classic Ducati. It is never passed on to anyone else. We have no access to any financial information that you input to make an order.

Is VAT added to the price of the parts ?

No, we don't charge VAT, the price you see is the price you pay (plus p&p)

Where do you ship to ?

We ship all over the world.

Why do I see CONTACT US against some items ?

This can be for one of three reasons:-

  • The item is in very low stock and we advise you to check before placing an order
  • The item is sourced and sold only to order and we advise you to contact us for further information
  • The item would be shipped by a courier rather than Royal Mail and we advise you to contact us so that we can obtain the most economical shipping rate.

Why do items go out of stock ?

Many of the parts we sell are manufactured in small batches in Italy , the suppliers make the parts when they have enough demand. We try to keep as many of the parts in stock as possible but sometimes we just have to wait and be patient ! 

Can I speak to Classic Ducati on the phone ?

This website is run primarily as a hobby business & for the time being I also have another job to help pay the bills!

Do you sell parts for Spanish Ducati singles ?

We only sell parts for Italian Ducati narrow & wide case singles. We cannot advise on the suitability of parts for Spanish Ducati singles, although many of the parts may be identical you are advised do your own research as to the suitability of the Italian parts.
