Payment / Delivery
To place an order, simply click on the image or item title to view the full item description and add your selected item to your basket. Once your shopping is complete you then proceed to checkout. Payment can be either by PayPal, UK Postal Order or UK Cheque which will need to clear before goods are posted. You do not have to be a member of PayPal in order to use the service.
Payments By Credit Card
For your security, electronic payments to Classic Ducati are accepted through PayPal's secure on-line payment system. PayPal is the most popular and safest credit card processing system available trusted by over 200 million people around the world! All major credit cards and debit cards, as well as PayPal direct payments, are accepted. Your credit card information is kept confidential by PayPal, and is not shared with any merchants including Classic Ducati.
For users new to PayPal, signing up for a PayPal account is entirely optional. This means you can quickly complete your payment, and then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future use. If you have a PayPal account already, you of course can log in to the account to complete payment.
PayPal uses the latest technology for security and for fraud prevention -- making your payment safe. For your privacy, we do not have access to any financial information entered with PayPal.
At checkout, you will be automatically transfered to PayPal to enter payment information and then returned to this site after your payment is accepted. PayPal sends our checkout system immediate confirmation of the transaction.
Payments By Cheque Or Postal Orders
Classic Ducati also accepts payments made in GBP by cheques and postal orders. This option can be selected at the checkout area once you have finished shopping.

Postage & Packaging
We calculate the weight of your order and you pay a price for that weight bracket. This calculation is in line with current Royal Mail postal charges. All downloadable items are free delivery. Insurance is not included. Please contact us if you would like us to arrange this for you on your behalf.
Deliveries are usually sent out by Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days although usually your order will be despatched on the same day if received before 2pm. On occasion this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control - for example Bank Holidays and the Christmas period. We will endeavour to despatch all paid orders prior to or on the last postal day on such occasions. However, we will contact you by email if we are aware of this prior to dispatch.
We will email you when your order has been despatched, but additionally you can track the status of your order by logging into your members area and clicking on 'Orders'. Your placed orders will be available to view and you will also have the current assigned status against each one. The meaning of each status is described below:
Pending - Your order has been successfully placed and is awaiting payment.
Processing - The payment for your order has been received and your order is being processed ready to be despatch.
Despatched - Your order has been despatched and should be with you within the next two working days.
Cancelled - Either payment for your order has not been received within a reasonable time and it has now been cancelled by us, or you have informed us that you no longer wish to continue with your order.
The Data Protection Act dictates that we must protect your account information against unauthorized access or release. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless you have authorized us to or we are legally required to do so.
Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused.
The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit for any returned items.
In the unfortunate event of any faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We also accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the use of any instructions.
